Online purchases will be accepted for a full refund when returned in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. If your item has been worn or protective packaging has been removed then your return will not be accepted. Please note any redeemable gift with purchase items must be included when returning an order for a full refund.
Earrings and Sets including Earrings
In the interest of hygiene and for the protection of all our customers, all earrings and set items including earrings are excluded from our refund policy. This exclusion arises from a Health and Safety consideration and does not affect your statutory rights.
Items on Sale or Promotion
Only regular priced Items may be refunded, unfortunately Sale items and items that were on Promotion (e.g. buy one get another item at reduced price…etc) cannot be refunded.
We also understand that you might have purchased a product recently that has now been reduced in price. Unfortunately, we cannot refund you the price difference if this occurs.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Fill in the return form you received with your delivery and place in the packaging along with the items you wish to send back. We advise that all returns are sent via Recorded Delivery, as we are unable to accept returns unless signed by a member of With Bling staff. Please note that we do not assume any responsibility for return packages that are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
You will need to cover the costs of postage for returns, but if the product is faulty we will refund the postage to you. Please ensure you get proof of postage.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please ensure that you state you are "Returning to Seller" in the reason for export field on your postage label. We are not accountable for any custom duties and sales charges. Hence we do not compensate you for any extra expense for any custom duties and sales charges.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and reimbursed by the same method you used to pay.
It will take 3-5 business days for our warehouse to process your refund once we receive it. The transaction process may take another 3-5 business days depending on the method of your payment.
If you haven't received a refund after these dates, first check your bank / paypal account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first refund the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our usual Returns Policy.
FAULTY / WRONG ITEMS
If in the rare occasion your item/s are faulty or we have sent you the wrong item, you can request a replacement. Please note that we only offer replacements and not refunds. Send us an email with your order number and picture of the faulty / wrong item to request for a free returns postage. We will re-send the new item once we have received your returned parcel.
PLEASE NOTE: Faulty goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or where there has been a manufacturing fault. Any items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear is not classed as a manufacturing fault.
- 925 Silver Products are prone to tarnishing and prone to bending due to the malleable nature of the metal. This can easily be straightened by hand
- Most of our products are hand crafted, hence crystals may be set slightly differently
- Please allow a small size and weight error due to manual measurement
- Please keep in mind that monitors display colours differently. Colour of products you receive may vary slightly from the images you see on your screen
